The Challenge
In order to compete against Toy Watch, it’s juggernaut competitor, Vabene Italy needed a new look after receiving bad press due to missed deliveries. They also needed to establish a brand that would resonate internationally, as they were poised to open dozens of boutiques across Asia.

The Solution
Strategized and rebuilt the brand from the ground up. First, gave them a rebellious look in line with their zestful products. The saturated colors provided a needed visual contrast against the competition, who had a black and gold color palette. Delivered an award-winning website, store designs, print campaigns, phone app, photography, packaging, brochures, and style guide. Revealed the new face of Vabene to the world at a pop-up, flagship store at Milan's International Design Show Il Salone del Mobile, together with a custom-designed. visual mapping experience.
